What information is processed?
The contact form collects your name, email, enquiry details and message. Depending on your enquiry, you may also share company, budget, channel and scheduling information, along with attachments. Please avoid unnecessary or sensitive personal information.
Why is it used?
To review your enquiry, respond to you and assess a potential collaboration. Sending the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Where is it stored?
Your message and attachments are sent to BGStudio through our email service. Attachments are processed in the server’s temporary directory and removed by PHP at the end of the request; they are never published on the website. The application does not keep a separate message database. Email retention depends on the enquiry, any ongoing relationship and applicable obligations. Hosting and email providers may access technical information needed to provide their services.
Security and technical records
To limit misuse, IP and email values are converted into keyed, one-way hashes for temporary counters. These apply a one-hour limit; expired entries are removed during a subsequent form request or a maintenance run. The web server’s own access logs follow the hosting provider’s policy.
External services and links
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and form components from the jsDelivr CDN. These requests can share your IP address and browser connection details with the providers. Your form content and attachments are not sent to the CDN. YouTube’s terms apply when you follow a channel link. The site has no embedded video player, advertising pixel or visitor analytics.

You can use the address below to ask about your information, correct inaccurate details or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity. If an obligation requires information to be retained, we will explain it.
