Controller and scope
The data controller is BGStudio; requests may be sent to contact@bgstudio.yt. This notice covers visitors, people who contact us and potential collaborators. If an enquiry develops into a working relationship, any further notices required for that process are provided separately.
Data categories and collection
We may process your name and contact information, enquiry content, relevant company/professional/project details, voluntarily submitted attachments and technical security information. Information is collected through the form, email, HTTP requests and cookies by partly or wholly automated means. You choose the content of attachments and free text; please avoid unnecessary or sensitive data.
Copyright and content notices may also contain the applicant’s capacity, the right claimed, work/content links, evidence and a declaration of accuracy and authority. Unrelated identity and third-party information should not be submitted.

Recipients and purposes
Authorised studio staff reviewing your enquiry and hosting, email or technical-support providers may access information required for their work. Where needed, legal advisers and legally authorised public bodies may receive relevant information on an applicable legal ground. Your message is not used for sales of personal data, advertising targeting or public profiling.
International transfers
Browser assets are served from this website’s own domain. Overseas hosting, email, support or backup infrastructure may nevertheless involve an international transfer. Such transfers must meet the applicable conditions and safeguards in Art.9 of Law No. 6698. This notice or its acknowledgement checkbox is not, by itself, permission for an international transfer. You may request information about recipients and transfer conditions.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become a contract follow a reference retention plan of 12 months after the last discussion. Purpose, applicable law and protection of rights are considered; unnecessary information is not retained. Application abuse counters cover a one-hour window. Expired entries are removed on a later form request or maintenance run. Session and preference durations appear on the Cookies page.
Your rights under Turkish data-protection law
- Ask whether your personal data is processed and request information about that processing.
- Learn the purpose, whether data is used for that purpose, and recipients inside or outside Türkiye.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, or deletion/destruction when statutory conditions apply.
- Ask that recipients be informed of corrections or deletions.
- Object to adverse results produced exclusively by automated analysis, and seek compensation for harm caused by unlawful processing.
Requests and responses
You may apply using the methods in Art.13 and the applicable Communiqué. You can write to contact@bgstudio.yt from an email address you previously provided and that is registered with us, or use another legally recognised method. Necessary identity verification may be requested. Applications are resolved as soon as possible and within 30 days; the Board’s fee schedule may apply where additional costs arise. You retain the right to complain to the Board within statutory time limits if a request is rejected, insufficiently answered or left unanswered.
Consent and changes
Use the panel below to change your optional draft-storage choice. Declining it does not prevent use of the contact form. Withdrawal stops future optional storage and deletes the draft in this browser; it does not retrospectively affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
The final response is delivered in writing or electronically and identifies the action taken and any reasons for refusal. Oral discussions used to clarify the request do not replace the final written or electronic response.
